A team of dedicated climbers seeking to make the Black Hills climbing community stronger. As a Basecamp ambassador, you will help us welcome people to the space on a time that works for you targeting a demographic you're passionate about. 

Want to get a climbing book club together? Daddy/daughter climb time? Lift with other women? Spanish language meetup? The possibilities are endless!

All employees and volunteers get a free gym membership and can help shape the future of the climbing culture of the Black Hills.

Clean for us 4-5 hours a month in exchange for a free membership. Either pick a day a week to help with basic gym maintenance––vacuuming chalk, cleaning bathrooms and frequently touched surfaces. Or help us by mopping twice a month.
