COACHING OPTIONS AND PRICING
1-Hour Intro Lesson: $40
A proper introduction to indoor bouldering, covering movement basics, safety, and motivation to explore your potential.​​​
Intro Lessons
Under-18 Membership Lesson: $40
A required lesson for those who are 16 or 17 years old who would like the 24/7 Membership Access to Basecamp, covering training basics for youth.​​​
1-Hour Movement Lesson: $55
Private 1-hour lessons to explore better beta, develop skills, close gaps in your movement IQ, and/or work on your mental game
(Best after undergoing a Movement Assessment)​​​
Movement and Strength Coaching
Movement Assessment: $85
A 1.5-hour assessment of your movement patterns/tendencies and suggestions to include in your weekly climbing routines. ​​​
1-Hour Strength Lesson: $55
Private 1-hour lessons with our Certified Personal Trainer (through NASM) to work on strength development off the wall
(Best after undergoing a Strength Assessment)​​​
Strength Assessment: $85
A 1.5-hour assessment of your physical strengths and "off-the-wall" exercise suggestions to target underactive muscles and supplement your climbing​​
12-Week Training Plan + Full Assessment: $449 ($534 value)
For those committed to a season of growth, accountability, and targeted goals, our head coach provides this option of deepest support, including:​

• A 1.5-hr Movement Assessment
• A 1.5-hr Strength Assessment
• A Detailed 12-Week Personalized Training Plan
(including both Climbing AND Supplementary Strength Assignments)
• A 30-Minute Follow-Up Session to discuss the plan
• Three 1-on-1 Lessons (One per month during the 12-week plan)
• Consistent coach accountability/reachability
